WHAT WE COORDINATE

Working details that determine the outcome

We do more than pass contact details. The task is to organise data into one consistent process and show clearly what has been confirmed and what still requires action.

01

Vacancy profile

Rank, vessel type, experience, contract timing and availability.

02

Professional profile

Sea service, previous contracts, relevant skills and communication.

03

Document status

Completeness, validity periods and relevance to the specific request.

04

Interviews and decisions

Contacts, clarifications, feedback and approval coordination.

05

Joining readiness

Availability date, routes, instructions and operational information.

06

Process status

A clear view of the current stage, responsible party and next action.

PREPARATION WITHOUT UNNECESSARY RISK

Documents, availability and communication must align in time

Even a strong professional profile depends on current data and timely coordination. We help identify gaps before a critical stage of the process.

01 / DATA

We work with current information and record changes before passing the process to the next party.

02 / DOCUMENTS

We review completeness and validity within the specific request and available lawful sources.

03 / TIMING

We coordinate availability, interviews, instructions and estimated timing without unsupported guarantees.

04 / CHANNELS

We use official COMPASS CREW contacts and do not request banking details, passwords or access codes.

PARTNERS

A connected maritime support ecosystem

COMPASS CREW works with HubMarine on selected maritime-document support tasks for seafarers. Crewing and document-support responsibilities remain separate, while the teams coordinate when a case requires both workflows.

FAQ

What to know before the first request

Go to the Submit CV page, enter current professional information and provide valid contact details. A relevant CV and the information required for the particular position are sufficient for initial review.

No. A submitted CV may be reviewed for current or future requests, but the final decision depends on vacancy requirements and the employer’s approval.

The basic request should include rank, vessel type, trading area, contract terms, joining date and requirements for experience, documents and English level.

We may review completeness, validity periods and declared information within the available lawful scope. This does not replace decisions by a competent authority, flag administration or employer.

Through the official contacts listed on the website and agreed channels. We recommend checking the sender address and never sharing passwords, banking codes or excessive personal documentation.

Open positions are available on the Vacancies page. When no suitable role is listed, a seafarer may submit a current CV for future requests.

Looking for the next contract or building a crew?
